How to measure yourself?
Grab a soft measuring tape and here we go!
Bust
- Stand up straight.
- Wrap it around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it snug but not tight.
- Make sure the tape is level all around, and you're breathing normally.
- Voilà, that's your bust measurement!
Waist
- Find your natural waist, usually the narrow part of your torso, right above your belly button.
- Wrap the measuring tape around that spot.
- Again, keep it snug but not tight.
- Remember! Don’t suck in your stomach. Just relax and measure.
Hips
- Stand with your feet together.
- Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom (think of the widest part).
- Make sure the tape is straight and level.
Measuring tips for best fit
- Don’t measure over clothes. Make sure you're measuring directly on your skin or over a thin layer of clothing.
- Avoid wearing a padded bra when measuring. For the most accurate bust measurement, go braless or wear a non-padded bra.
- Stand on a level surface with your feet together to get a more accurate measurement.
- This helps keep your body aligned and ensures the tape stays straight.
