What is your returns and exchanges policy?

You can request a return or an exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, the hygiene liner is still intact and the hang tag has not been removed. Please note that sale items and products marked as final sale are non-returnable.

How do I start my return or exchange?

To start a return or an exchange, please visit our Returns and Exchanges page and click on the Returns & Exchanges Portal. After logging in with your order number and email address, follow the steps to submit your return or exchange request for the items you wish to send back.

Can I return sale items?

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. More info is on our Returns and Exchange Policy.

I need to cancel my order, what can I do?

Once an order is placed and enters our fulfilment system, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or make changes.

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before placing it. If you have any urgent issues, feel free to reach out to us at hello@asloraswim.com and we’ll do our best to help.

I entered the wrong address or need to edit my order, what can I do?

If your order hasn’t entered our fulfilment system yet, we might be able to help! Please email us ASAP at hello@asloraswim.com with your order number and the correct details.

Once the order is processed, we’re unable to make changes, but you can refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for next steps.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 3–5 Business days within Turkey.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. All delivery times are estimates.

Sizing and Fabrics

I'm between sizes. What do you recommend?

If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up, our swimwear has a snug, flattering fit.

However, depending on style, you will see customised sizing and fit information on every product page.

Do you offer extended sizes?

We totally hear you!

As a new brand, we’re taking baby steps, and starting with a smaller size range to make sure everything fits and feels just right. But this is only the beginning! We’re already working toward extended sizes and including more models that reflect the beauty of all body types.

Do you offer full coverage bikini bottoms?

Yes! We heard you. Aslora now offers Daisy, our full coverage bikini bottom, designed for those who prefer a more covered fit while keeping the same colourful, flattering Aslora feel.

Mix and match Daisy with your choice of bikini top, or style it with our resort wear to complete your beach look.

What fabrics do you use in your swimwear?

Our printed bikinis and swimwear styles are made using REPREVE® recycled fabric, a high-performance recycled fibre created from post-consumer plastic bottles. It is chosen for its buttery-soft feel, breathability, comfort, and ability to move with the body.

Our solid colour bikinis and swimwear styles are crafted from premium conventional fabrics selected for durability, structure, fit, and long wear.

How should I care for my swimwear?

To keep your Aslora swimwear as dreamy as the day you got it, treat her with love:

Cold hand wash and let her air-dry in the shade right away.

No soaking, no bleach, no tumble dry, no ironing, and no dry-cleaning.

Where is your swimwear made?

Aslora bikinis and swimwear are produced in China by our manufacturing partners, with careful attention to fit, comfort, construction, and finishing.

Each style is developed to meet our standards for quality, movement, and long wear, so our bikinis, bikini tops, bikini bottoms, and resort wear feel as good as they look.

Do you offer one-piece swimsuits?

We are so glad you asked! While our current collection focuses on bikinis and resort wear, we are already dreaming up beautiful one-piece silhouettes. One-piece styles will definitely be joining the Aslora family in our upcoming seasons, so stay tuned!

Will sold-out items be restocked?

We always keep a close eye on what you love the most! While our pieces are crafted with a boutique approach, we always try our best to bring back your absolute favourites. If a piece you love is out of stock, keep checking back—we might just restock it for you!

Do you offer seasonal sales or discounts?

We love treating our Aslora community! While we don't have a fixed discount schedule, we sometimes host surprise weekend sales and exclusive promotions.
