All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey.
Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery time frames are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

Need to Fix Your Shipping Address?

If you realize you've entered the wrong shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at hello@asloraswim.com with your order number and the correct address.

If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we can update the address.
However, if it has already been shipped, we unfortunately won’t be able to make changes. You’ll need to contact the courier directly to redirect your package.

Aslora is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they’ve left our warehouse.
