Returns and Exchanges
For bikinis and swimsuits, products for which the hygiene liner (protective seal) has been removed, the hang tag detached, or any signs of use are present, returns or exchanges are not accepted for health and hygiene reasons.
The hygiene liner on these products is a legal safeguard to guarantee that the item has not been used and has not come into contact with anyone other than the original purchaser. Once this liner has been removed, the product can no longer be returned or exchanged.
Therefore, if you wish to return a product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, as long as the hygiene liner and product labels remain intact. Similarly, you can request an exchange, as long as the hygiene liner and product labels remain intact. Returns and exchanges made after the hygiene liner has been removed will not be processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the relevant Distance Contracts Regulation.

Refund process
Once we receive the returned item(s), your request will be reviewed.
For returns, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 7–15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Order cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you no longer wish to receive your order, please wait for delivery and initiate a return instead.
Products purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked as “Final Sale” are considered non-refundable and excluded from the right of withdrawal.
