This Preliminary Information Form sets out the key information provided to the buyer before confirming an order placed through the Aslora website.
The Turkish version of this form is legally binding.

The product subject to the order shall be delivered to the cargo company as soon as possible, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded.
Order Confirmation: When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean that your order has been accepted, as we reserve the right to cancel orders in certain circumstances, such as pricing errors or product availability issues.
5. Right of Withdrawal / Return
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date on which the product is delivered, without giving any reason.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal:
• The hygiene strip or protective strip must not have been removed.
• The labels on the product must not have been removed.
• The product must not have lost its resaleable condition.
6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Due to hygiene requirements, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for underwear, bikini and swimsuit products if the hygiene strip or protective strip has been opened.
7. Return Shipping
If the product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal is sent through the cargo company contracted by the Seller, the return shipping fee shall be covered by the Seller.
8. Complaints and Application Routes
In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court.
9. Approval
The Buyer accepts that they have read and understood this Preliminary Information Form and have been informed electronically before confirming the order.
